Sr. Flor Pauline  L. Duran, Carm. O.L., Ph.D.

        is a Member of ISA’s Board of Trustees (BoT) since 2001. She holds Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Bachelor of Science in Education major in English from St. Paul University, Dumaguete City; a Two-Year Certificate Program in Catechetics and Counseling at Mother of Life Center, Quezon City; Master’s in Administration and Extension Supervision from Silliman University, Dumaguete City; Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organization Development from the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI). Her other specializations include: Certificate Leadership and Formation Programs/ Retreat Ministry in Rome/USA.; Certificate Program Persona Relationi Humanis (PRH) in Seattle, USA. Sr. Duran was a former school administrator, Theology professor, SAIDI President, and General Superior of the Carmelite Sisters of Our Lady (Carm.O.L.).
