Papers of the Colloquium on Research Methodologies in the Study of Spiritualities in the Philippines. (June 28-30, 2004)
Do we really need to have HIYANG methodologies? I believe that our answer should be yes, because we want to avoid as much as we can, inadequate or wrong interpretations, baseless conclusions or irrelevant recommendations. In short, we do not want our study to be a “toilet bowl study”. This is very important in the light of our belief that spirituality is transformational and liberating.
