Fr. Joseph S. Roque, O.Carm.

        He is from Bulacan, Bulacan. finished his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Tarlac State University and worked in a bank for many years. He joined the Carmelite Order and completed his Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from ICTC- Our Lady of the Angels Seminary. He is currently the  Provincial Bursar of the Carmelite Philippine Province of St. Titus Brandsma and a member of Manila Carmel of St. Teresa of Avila Community.
